The Mobile Home Park: Re-considered, Re-designed, and Re-imagined
In Jan's project, the stereotypical associations generally paired with the mobile home park are cast aside in favor of an intensive exploration of the daily life within the context of the mobile home dweller. His work thoroughly examines and resolves many of the problems facing the mobile home park residents and provides a thoroughly developed architectural solution that is as technologically savvy as it is socially sincere. Jan's project won the Woodbury University School of Architecture "Best Thesis" award for 2009. (Advisors: John Southern & Scott Wolf)
